I attended a personal development online seminar last week and one of my associates asked the question.
“What is the best way to keep my prospects engaged who has registered to an event that I am promoting on Facebook, whether it’s a webinar or live event, how do you build their interest to the point that they show up?”
Some Show Up Strategies…
If you are promoting your company’s live events, online webinars or seminars, here’s an interesting statistic you should know…
Only about one-third of the people who sign up will actually show up to the event. And only about 20% of your Facebook prospects will come on average. It doesn’t matter whether it a live event or webinar.
So what’s the best way to engage your new prospect to get them to come to the event, attend the webinar or seminar?
Well… I’m glad you asked…
If you want more of your prospects to actually show up, you need to do the little extra things to connect with them, because it makes all the difference in the world.
For example, you could send them a text message saying, “ Hi ____________ , just confirming the webinar link and time, there are limited seats so lock your seat(s) now by going to;_________________ , or ,”Hey, just confirming, your live event is here. It’s at this time. See you there.”
Or you could send them an email every day leading up to the event, whether it is a live event or online. I even call my prospects the day before just as a friendly reminder.
There are many proven ways to get your prospects, business partners and associates to come to your live or online events.
These are just a few strategies I recommend, I am sure you can think of many more once you really concentrate and do a little imaginative thinking
